The Box Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Starting Tuesday May 28th the Box Office will return to its usual hours Tuesday – Sunday 1:00pm – 4:00pm.

All ticket and subscription sales are final and non-refundable, including fees. 

Single Ticket Exchange Policy: Tickets and fees are non-refundable, but exchanges to a different date within the run of the same show may be made for an additional per-ticket fee. Exchanges must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the original performance. Exchanges are subject to availability and upgrade costs may apply to exchange into more expensive seats or dates. Please contact the Box Office for more information.

Donations: Ticket donations must be made by 4:00pm on the day of your scheduled evening performance (11:00am for a matinee) with the Box Office.

Handling Fees: There is a $5 per ticket handling fee for tickets this is reflected in the total cost of the ticket.

Ticket Delivery: All tickets will be delivered via email unless otherwise specified. 

Age Recommendation: We offer show-by-show age recommendations for families with children and teens. Check our website or with our Patron Experience Manager if you have questions about suitability.  Children 4 and under are not permitted into the theatre.

Refunds: There are no refunds on tickets. If you are unable to attend a performance because you are sick or have a family emergency, you may call the Box Office at (970) 513.9386 to exchange your tickets no later than 4:00pm on the day of your scheduled performance (11:00am for a matinee)

Changes or Cancellations: We are committed to honoring our performance calendar and rarely have to cancel a performance. If you are scheduled to attend a performance that is canceled, our Box Office staff will make their best efforts to contact you in advance by email or text message, and you may move your tickets to another performance of your choice. 

Late Seating: Late seating is at the discretion of House Management, subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If a patron arrives after the show has started, we will make every effort to get them seated as quickly as possible. Patrons. 

Bad Weather: If bad weather prevents you from attending, call the Box Office as soon as possible (no later than the day of the performance) to make alternative arrangements.

Additional Policies: 

  • Cell phones disrupt our performance. Please turn them off or set them to silent mode before the performance. 
  • Photography and sound or video recordings are prohibited during the performance. 
  • Exits – To ensure your safety in case of a fire or any other emergency, note the exit route nearest your seat. 
  • Your admission serves as permission for use of your image for promotional purposes. 
  • Theatre SilCo reserves the right to move a patron’s chosen seats within the same row to eliminate single, unoccupied seats. 
  • Discount offers or promotional pricing may not be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions, and may not be applied to previous purchases.

What is a group sale? Group sales aren’t just for corporate outings (though we love those too!) Gather up your book club, hiking club, hockey team, or any group of friends together to experience the magic of live theatre at The SilCo! We offer group sales for companies, school field trips, or any social gathering you can conjure up. 

Are there perks to purchasing group tickets? You’ll enjoy priority seating and discounted ticket prices. If you are interested in getting your group together for a pre-show gathering – ask us about our private spaces to accommodate such fun!

  4. The Box Office team member will work with you to select your seat locations and will put the best available seats on temporary hold. Once your deposit is paid, your seat locations become confirmed.
