Barefoot in the Park

Connected To The One's You Love...
By: Neil Simon
Directed by: Christopher Alleman+
Venue:  Flex Theater
August 30 – September 22

August 30 - September 22

Paul and Corie Bratter are newlyweds. One’s a straight as an arrow lawyer, the other a free spirit always in search for the latest kick. Their apartment is too expensive, has bad plumbing and is in need of a paint job, but Corie loves it. Their first week of marriage is sent into a tailspin when Corie’s loopy mother, Mrs. B, decides to visit. Playing matchmaker with Mrs. B and the ever-eccentric upstairs neighbor, Velasco, everything that can go wrong, does in this hilarious classic comedy about young love.

"A BUBBLING, RIB-TICKLING COMEDY." - The New York Times

"Critic weeps joyfully...I don't think anybody stopped laughing while the curtain was up last evening." - New York Daily News
