The LDTC understands that schedules fluctuate and students may need to cancel their involvement in the Lake Dillon Youth Camps & Classes. While the LDTC operates youth programming as a 501(c)3 non-profit business, the LDTC does maintain essential operating and program costs associated with this program. Tuition revenues cover the majority of these expenses. Given the unique challenges in response to the Covid19 crisis, we will amend our cancellation policy to best serve our community while maintaining operational and program expenses.

The LDTC’s temporary cancellation policy for Fall 2020 in response to Covid19 for youth programs is as follows:
• If cancellation is requested prior to the workshop’s first meeting: full refund.
• If cancellation is requested after the workshop has begun: no refund.

Holiday Follies Kids (Wednesdays Oct. 7-Dec. 9 1pm-5pm)
If the LDTC cancels any part of this class due to health concerns or guidance from City, County, or State Health Officials, the prorated refund will be as follows:

For all Classes:
If the student cancels any class or is absent for any reason, no refund will be granted.
If a student is quarantined by the school district or any other activity the student is involved in and cannot attend for two weeks no refund will be granted, but the student’s teacher will set up a private Zoom Session to coach the student on songs and monologues while she or he is under quarantine orders. All dance numbers will be videotaped and shared with the students so they can practice at home.
